Panelled boardshort with contrast check side panels running the full length of each leg - a mid-2000s surf silhouette built for long days at the beach. 'Echo' is cut from quick-dry recycled polyester with stretch, contrast topstitch throughout, external drawcord at the waist, and Mot's raw branding down the leg.

1. Chest

Wrap the tape measure around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your chest, checking in the mirror to ensure the tape measure is straight. Tape measure should be firm but not tight.
