Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Good basic
Soft and well made
Purchase a small would have preferred medium. If you like tight undies then true to size but if looking for a looser fit I’d size up.
