Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Too baggy
I am petite, fairly slim. It sits really low and straps would need to be adjusted for me. Spewing because its really nice otherwise. Just wish the XS would actually fit an XS
