Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

NEEDS A SLIP, BUT LOOKS GOOD
The dress turned out to be very transparent and needs a slip to go under. It looks and feels good though.
