Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Sheer Delight
The Glasshouse Sheer Maxidress is great to wear over anything. It is understated but with a soft fresh pale green which is immediately comfortable and stylish.
