Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Great basic tank
Love this high neck and partially open back. It’s also not super thin like a lot of these tanks usually are. Also a good length for my longer torso
