Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Dress size is tight with big boobs
I’m a size m fits well around waist and bum, 5’2 in height but I’m a e cup and the front fits tight , maybe a size up
