Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Gorgeous
Love love love Afends swimwear line. I have a few of their one pieces and this one fits so well and is extremely flattering. I knocked off one star as I would like a bit more coverage around the butt area, but it isn’t as extreme as the other one pieces which feel like you’re wearing a thong. 10/10 would recommend
