Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Fab dress
I’m pregnant now (third tri) and it’s the perfect flexible fabric to allow for my bump but I also think it will be cute later! Love to not have to buy things that only work for one phase of life. I’m usually a medium, went for a large, probably would have been fine with either!
