Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Even for petites the bust is uncomfortable
I am a petite size. I’m 5’3 tall, weigh 115 pounds, and have a 32-B bust. I bought an XS which is my typical size but the bust is tight on me and feels like my boobs are being pressed down on. Otherwise, length of the top is perfect. I wish I had sized up with a small to give my bust more room. The lace detailing is absolutely darling.
