Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

CUTE AND SOFT!
It's so cute and soft. I have a fairly long torso so it is a little snug in length. But still looks great on.
