  1. Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
  2. Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
  3. Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

    Runs on the smaller side so recommend sizing up but a great fit otherwise, especially the length!
