I Feel Free is a season of rebellion and renewal. Anti-establishment meets DIY creativity, with a collection that feels self-made, self-defined and raw. It’s about breaking from the expected and stepping into fresh beginnings, our first collection of the year.

Artist collaborations sit at the core of the collection. Dan Watkin’s artwork feels straight off a favourite band’s merch table. Long time collaborator and friend of AFENDS, Brendon Ginnane returns with graphics tied to streetwear and skate culture, reminiscent of early 2000s skate shops. Luka Du Chateau’s work draws from the Byron Bay punk scene, a hidden world that helped shape some of Australia’s most iconic bands. The season also sees another collaboration with Easty Beasty, the Byron based artist known for her distinctive illustration style and coastal energy.

Our women’s in-house Gardening Club graphics celebrate slowing down, getting outside, and growing something meaningful. Hand-drawn designs in earthy tones nod to gardens, soil, and sunlight, turning everyday tees into subtle reminders that what you nurture today shapes tomorrow. For Mens, we lean back into our roots, with a strong nod to tattoo culture with a punk streetwear essence to create a core AFENDS feel.

The season’s earthy palette led us to a waterfall, reflecting the grounded tones throughout.
