CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We want you to be happy!
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will happily accept it back within 30 days of your order purchase date.
Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused.
All tags must be attached with packaging in its original condition, including the protective hygiene seal on swimwear.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Any full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for either an online store credit or refund.
We are also unable to offer exchanges for any returned items. All returned items purchase during our sale periods will be issued with an online gift card via email for the value of the order.
All other returns made within 30 days of purchase will receive an online store credit.
Please note, once your order has been placed unfortunately we cannot make any changes or cancellations. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.
If you wish to return swimwear, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place.
Swimwear items that are missing the protective hygiene strip or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds on any sale items.
An online store credit will be offered if the sales item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. This includes any of our sale periods including boxing day sales.
We can offer a full refund within 30 days on full priced or sale items if they are deemed faulty by our customer service team.
We will reimburse return postage in this instance.
GIFT CARDS AND ONLINE STORE CREDITS
Gift Vouchers and Online Store Credits may not be returned and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
All Gift Vouchers and Online Store Credits purchased through our website can only be redeemed through our Online Store.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
If you would like to return an item, please contact email@example.com
In your email request please confirm:
* Your order number
* The product/s you are returning
* The reason for returning the product - eg. change of mind, change of size, faulty.
* What you are returning the product/s for: online store credit or refund
Customer Service will then email you a Return Authorisation (RA) Notification. Please note goods cannot be shipped back to us without an approved RA number.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). Any additional duties and taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend shipping your package back via a traceable method for peace of mind (eg. Australia Post) and to retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed, we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
Although our orders go out quickly, it can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the service you use. Once we have received your return, we will process it within two business days. You will be notified via email when your return has been received and your store credit or refund has been issued.
Please allow 3 days from the time we receive your order back at our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ONLINE IN ONE OF YOUR CONCEPT STORES?
Items purchased through our online store can only be returned through our online store.
Orders placed online cannot be exchanged or refunded in any of our concept stores.

If you purchased an item in any of our concept stores and wish to return it, please contact the store directly.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED THROUGH ONE OF YOUR RETAILERS?
If you wish to return an Afends item that you purchased through one of our retailers, please contact them directly.
We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our online store.
