RETURNS INFO & FAQS

Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for a refund, instant exchange, standard exchange or gift card.
  • Refunds are issued minus a $10 return fee, while exchanges and gift cards are free. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Online orders can also be returned in store.
  • Sale Item Returns are only eligible to be returned for a gift card, minus the return fee. This includes all items purchased during a promotional sale. Refunds or exchanges are not available for this.

Return Eligibility
  • To ensure all returned items can find a new home, products must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned with hygiene seals intact on swimwear and bodysuits
  • Items match exactly as selected in your return request

How to Return
  • Please include all approved return items in your parcel and reference your order number.
  • For Australian customers, a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you once your return is lodged.
You can return your parcel by
  • Printing the label, attaching it securely over any previous shipping labels, and lodging it at an Australia Post red box or post office.
  • Taking the digital label to an Australia Post post office, where they can print and send it for you.
Processing Time
  • Returns usually take 5–10 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, we aim to process your return within 1–2 business days, unless an instant exchange has been selected.
  • During sale periods or peak times, please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.
Condition Standards
  • We encourage trying items on as you would in-store, but please avoid wearing them beyond that. Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Returns may be declined and sent back at the customer’s expense if items show signs of wear, including:
  • Makeup, deodorant, perfume, or hair
  • Dirt, dust, fibres, scuffs, or markings
  • Any indication of prolonged wear
Fair Use & Sustainability
  • To reduce waste and keep things fair for our community, we monitor return activity. Accounts may be restricted if we notice patterns such as worn returns, excessive purchasing and returning, or items returned that were not purchased from Afends.
  • If you believe there’s been an error, our Customer Experience team is always here to help.
Free Exchanges
  • Sale item returns (including items purchased during promotional sales), are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Exchange bookings receive free return shipping and are only available for size swaps.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges. For this reason, the pre-discount credit is available to exchange with.
  • Standard exchanges will be processed once your return is in transit. There are no stock holds on the exchange items until the exchange order is created.
  • Exchanges are limited to 1 per order. After 1 exchange has been completed & returned, a credit can be issued to put towards a new order.
  • Exchange requests that are out of stock will be issued as a refund upon arrival.
Free Gift Card Returns
  • Sale item returns (including items purchased during promotional sales), are not eligible for free gift card returns.
  • Gift card bookings will receive free return shipping, unless the return includes sale items.
  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are valid online and can be used in-store at any of our concept stores.
Refunds
  • Sale item returns (including items purchased during promotional sales), are not eligible for refund.
  • We offer refunds on all eligible return items, excluding sale items or items purchased during a promotional sale.
  • $10 will be deducted from the refund total for the use of our return label.
  • Standard refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of the return parcel's arrival and issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for return processing during peak sales periods.
  • Once a refund is processed, it may take 2-5 business days to reach the original payment method.
  • If a gift card was used in conjunction with another payment method, the refund will be issued to the bank card first and then the remaining balance will be refunded back to the gift card or other payment method used.
Sale Item Returns
  • Return of sale items are only eligible to be returned for a gift card, with the $10 return fee deducted from this.
  • This includes items from the marked down sale section and items purchased during sale promotions.
