Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Afends.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will happily accomodate the following return options within 30 days of order placement.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

 

1. Credit Note

NEW: Return your full priced items for a credit note and get free return shipping!
*Only applicable to eligible regions*.

Simply lodge your return using our online portal link below, enter your email address used to place your order, select the eligible item(s) you wish to return and select the store credit option.
You will be emailed a returns label to attach to your parcel which you can lodge at your nearest post office free of charge

Your credit note will be processed as soon as it arrives back to our warehouse.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months and will be issued as an online gift card, where you will be emailed a unique code to enter upon checkout.

2. Refund

A refund is possible for full priced items only that are returned within 30 days of order placement.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

To lodge your return please use our online portal link below, enter your email address used to place order, select the eligible item(s) you wish to return and select the store refund option
If you opt for a refund you will need to pay $10 AUD to cover the shipping expenses for items to be returned and will be issued a postage label to attach to your parcel which you can lodge at your nearest post box.

RETURNS FAQS

General Returns Information

All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused. All tags must be attached with packaging in its original condition.
All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

Full priced items lodged for a return within 30 days of order placement are eligible for: Refund or Online Store credit.

Sale items lodged for a return within 30 days of order placement are eligible for: Online store credit (unless deemed faulty).

Please contact customerservice@afends.com and we will organise a return for online store credit and a label to return to us for a $10 postage fee.

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed, if you are unhappy when you receive the items you can lodge your return through our online portal to get your item(s) back to us!

Free Return Shipping

You now have the option to return your full price items back to us for free if you select our online store credit option via our returns portal.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Head to our returns centre here and enter in the email address used to place your order.

Your eligible item(s) will be available for free return, just select the item(s) you need to return, book your return under reason 'faulty' and then upload clear images for the team to assess.

The return status will update to 'return pending approval' and we will email you within 24 hours to work on a resolution.

Exchanges

While we do offer the ability to return your item if you are unhappy with it, unfortunately, we are unable to reserve stock and offer a direct exchange for any online purchases. This is due to our high turnover of stock and item availability, therefore we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock by the time we receive your return and we will instead issue you a store credit. 

If you do wish to exchange your item, what we suggest is to:

  1. Book your return through our returns centre here and select store credit
  2. Once your return is processed you’ll be emailed your store credit
  3. Use your store credit upon checkout for your new order

Store Credits

Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that will be valid to make a future purchase for 12 months from the date of issue.

All gift cards can only be redeemed through our online store and cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are eligible for all full priced items within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you opt for a refund you will need to pay $10 AUD to cover the shipping expenses for items to be returned and will be issued a postage label to attach to your parcel which you can lodge at your nearest post box.

Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-3 business days to clear back into your account.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

If you have used a combination of store credit, credit card, PayPal or AfterPay then your store credit will be re-issued as a gift card and your payment refunded.

International Returns

Customers shopping from outside of Australia, New Zealand, Mainland USA, Canada, Europe and United Kingdom are required to pay for their return shipping costs unless they are deemed faulty.

Any additional duties and taxes assessed by international customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my Return be processed?

We will process your return within 4 business days from the time of receiving your items.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Please note: It can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the postage times and the return location.

Can I change my return once it has been lodged?

Unfortunately, once a return has been lodged, we are unable to make any changes to it.

This includes changing your option from a refund to an online credit and vice versa.

If you simply wish to keep your items, please email our customer service team so we can close your return and refund you the returns label price if you were required to pay.

Can I return an Item purchased online in your concept stores?

Currently, items purchased through our online store can only be returned directly through our online returns centre and cannot be exchanged or refunded in any of our concept stores.

Can I return an Item purchased from one of your independent retailers?

If you wish to return an Afends item that you purchased through one of our retailers, you will need to contact them directly. 

We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased directly from our online store.
