Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

I really liked the dress but to be honest the two holes that held the string to tighten the dress around the waist are so weak they broke the first time I tried it on.
