Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Cute but only for smaller chests (like a B cup). I read the measurements, and I’m almost always a size 4 so I ordered a small. I’m a D cup with a smaller band, and this dress was adorable but the way the cups are formed absolutely did not work. So sad since its so cute! I wouldnt size up since then the rest of the dress would be too big. :(
