Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: AFENDS PTY LTD, ABN 12 086 400 473, NSW 2481.

   
   

2. Promotion period: Starts Monday 26th October 12:00am AEDT and ends Monday 2nd November 11:59pm AEDT.

   
   

3. Eligibility: Open worldwide. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families aren't eligible.

   
   

4. How to enter: During the promotion period, sign up at https://afends.com/pages/1k-gift-card-giveaway with your email address and mobile number. One entry per person. Entries submitted with incomplete or false details will be invalid.

   
   

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 AUD AFENDS gift card, redeemable online and in store. The prize isn't transferable or redeemable for cash and is subject to the gift card's terms.

   
   

6. Draw: This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday 3rd November at 12pm.

   
   

7. Notification: The winner will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the draw. If the prize isn't claimed by Friday 6th November, a redraw will take place on Monday 9th November at the same time and place.

   
   

8. Marketing consent: By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails and SMS from AFENDS. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. General: The Promoter isn't liable for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter may cancel or change the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise, subject to any applicable state or territory regulations.
