Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

fits great everywhere except the shoulder straps. at least two inches of too much fabric and it puckers out at the bust area which is not what you expect from an extra small. sucks bc i would have to send it back across the pacific ocean but i doubt there would be a difference in swapping it for another extra small so now i have to pay to get it altered.
