'Occupancy', a half-zip pullover in heavyweight brushed fleece with a panelled construction. Raglan sleeves in black run into contrast grey side panels, split by white piping that traces the seams from collar to cuff. Chest embroidery and a small back logo keep the branding understated while the colourblocking does the talking.

1. Chest

Wrap the tape measure around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your chest, checking in the mirror to ensure the tape measure is straight. Tape measure should be firm but not tight.

2. Waist

Tape measure should sit around the smallest point of your waist and should be firm but not tight (above belly button and below your rib cage).

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bottom and around to the front of your hips, checking in the mirror to ensure the tape measure is straight.
