Bust Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your armpits and the fullest part of your bust. Firm but not tight.
Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Beautiful Dress
Heavier fabric and tight but not too tight where it's unflattering. I am 5'2 120 lbs and the xs fit perfectly.
