Waist Around the smallest point of your waist - above the belly button, below the rib cage.
Hips Around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

LOVE THIS TOP!
Really love this top, does have to be tied tight to avoid an accidental slip but that's the design so no real complaints there - so flattering.
