It was time for three North coast kettle cats, Jham, Scal and Zac, to venture down the coast in search of some waves, cooler climate and, of course, the wardens of the south: Jai, Sean and Dane. What began off the back of a bender turned into a glorious few days of sharing waves, laughs and many lordies amongst the surreal conditions and untouched beauty of the south coast.

The arvo's consisted of daily fires to dry wrinkled limbs and debriefs on the countless hours spent in the water. Jono swindled a flight mid-week to surprise the boys and quickly scored cone of the trip before being whisked back to the office when leadership duties called. Three days in the south went by in a flash, and it was time for the boys to say goodbye to the crew and start the journey home.
